[GAMEPLAY] Galio W passive shield
The bug consists in his W passive magic shield acting in strange ways How to recreate the bug:
1-Rank Galio's W (you gain the magic absorbing shield) 2-Get hit by any damage (minion, monster, champion), an icon appears in the buff bar showing the remaining cooldown till the shield is recharged to its proper value 3-at the end of the timer the shield, even if still up, disappears 4-the next time Galio is hit by any damage AND his shield is down AND there is no icon indicating the shield's recharge before taking damage, the icon will appear again and, at the end of its 12 seconds, the magic absorbing shield will be up again
This gets really frustrating, since you have to keep the minion's aggro in lane to keep the shield or you lose it and you need another instance of damage and another 12 seconds not in combat to gain the shield again.

This screen was taken 1 second after the aforementioned, as you can see the wait time of the icon is over, but the shield, rather than recharging to full values, disappears. After this the next time Galio gets hit by any damage, the icon will appear again and, after 12 seconds without taking damage, the shield will appear again, as the bug will keep happening.
I saw this bug reported in other posts, but only one showed exactly how the bug worked with a video, the bug is up since 7.23, I hope you will notice these posts treating the same subject and work for a solution. Imho this is a bug that should make you disable Galio till solution.
