Possible Jhin Bug...

I was playing in a normal blind pick game, and both teams ended up with Jhin as an adc. While playing the game, half of the players just disconnected, and were unable to reconnect, this includes 2 players on blue team and 4 on red team. Blue team players left were: Me(Morgana), Fizz, and Fiora. Meanwhile the only red player left was the Jhin. After defending for 4 more minutes, Jhin surrendered. I'm looking at my match history and it's not showing up. I was unable to discern when the exact moment of disconnect was, am unable to determine what exactly might have caused this. It might not have anything to do with Jhin, but this is the first time i've seen this bug and there isn't anything else on the forum about it.
