Snow Day Malzahar Lagging

While playing Malzahar last night I noticed that his spells are lagging quite a bit with the snow day skin. I tried playing him again with another skin and did not encounter any lag at all. My ping remained the same throughout both games. I noticed with the Snow Day skin that casting his spells there is a delay with them landing and with all of his other skins there are no delays. This started happening around the 5.5 patch. It could have been prior to that but that is when I remember starting to complain about it. Malzahar is the champion that I main so I notice the differences but didn't think to relate it to his skin until last night when I noticed there was a definite lag in using his kit. I do have access to PBE and will test this there as well and update my post accordingly. Please investigate and let me know if there is any additional information you need from me. Thank you.
