Titanic Hydra Bug
When using the activated ability on titanic hydra nothing happens. Plain and simple, the active on titanic hydra is bugged. Please fix.

Is it possible that you are simply misinterpreting the active? Simply using the active on Titanic Hydra doesn't deal immediate AoE damage like it does with Ravenous Hydra. Instead, it increases the conic AoE damage you deal on your next basic attack.
