Base and windowed screen bug

Well, i was playing as chogath and the screen turned black for a while mid game then it came back, but i couldn't B or use any spell, the i tried to chat then the screen went into windowed mode and got stuck like that and i couldn't use the space (camera lock) command. This is the first time i had the B issue but the windowed mode bug happened a couple of times before. (i play on full screen, and i use only one monitor)
