20 Minute bans for an issue which took me out of my game

Hello everyone! Recently I queued for a ranked game of league of legends. Half way through the loading screen I got a message "There is something wrong with your client, please wait till we try and repair it". So it downloaded 5Gigabytes of game files, after the download was complete there was a pop up which said, "you have been placed in a lower priority queue due to afk" (or something) So i check my match history, (find out my team had remaked) and now i have got 5 20 minute bans to work off. 2 days ago I came active again and worked of the 20 minute bans which had made me inactive. (I don't know if that has something to do with it) But, Im pretty pissed off that i have got to now wait 20mins to queue before entering a game for some corrupted game files ): I hope riot makes an acceptation to people who get errors in ranked games. It is very annoying ): Thanks
