Ezreal able to get out of Lux light binding
This issue happened multiple times in a recent game I played. Lux snared Ezreal and he was able to still use his arcane shift to dash out of the way of Lux ultimate.

If he E's right as it hits, it will still process his quick move. The same thing happens if he uses it as he's grabbed by Blitzcrank. Once you get comfortable doing it, it's not a bad thing to just let Blitz grab you and to E away.
It works like that. Counter play. Might make you be all like "wtf I snared him he's not supposed to be able to use anything" but that's just the way it works. He cast before your snare hit and the action completes after he gets snared.
