Launcher Glitches

Recently i have found many glitches within your launcher and game, here are some of them; I did not gain ip from a game i just completed like really the chat reconnection I have to connect to chat 8 times before it works, and no i do not have bad internet its your game , it wont load my stats i waited half an hour to look at them and no stats, I was Nidalee once and I got shutdown then i went botlane didnt get ANY kills and i got shutdown again somehow this giving the other team gold so they can win
