I can use my mouse fine outside of the game, it won't let me click anything while playing LoL. Neither right or left button.
Anyoone got a fix for this? I've already deleted the input.ini file restarted numerous times, nothing.
Try changing your Window Mode.
I've had this happen to me twice before. The game would start, and I'd be stuck at the fountain, unable to click on anything. I could bring up the options menu by pressing Esc, but I couldn't click on anything in it. I couldn't even leave the game. Once the warning dialogue for being AFK showed up, I just powered off my computer.
These were both isolated incidents, so unfortunately I can't offer any advice. I'd suggest you send Riot a bug report.
