Urgot 'E' cancels out Poppy 'R' [GAMEPLAY]

I am unsure if this is an actual bug; intended interaction; or just bad timing, but I used my ultimate to knock Urgot away from me so i could escape. However at the same time I cast my ultimate Urgot cast his 'E' and still charged me even though he was mid flight because i hit him with my ultimate.

I've shown the video at some folks who play urgot,like me,and we all agreed that it is in fact intended. Like Ezreal and Tristana,if the dash is casted before being hit by CC it will happen no matter what. It happens with a lot of other CCs too,but it's the 1st time i've saw it evade poppy's R.

You have to CC him during the full dash, not before.
