Issues with shop

im having an issue buying a character from my teemoing shop, it just keeps saying an unexpected error has occurred... ive restarted my PC and LoL, is it me or the servers?

Its the servers, my friend is having the same issue, and I cant see my friends list or connect to chat server.

Could also be an east coast specific issue?

I don't know if there are any current issues, but also check if the skin/champion you want to buy is not on sale in the Store. Anything on sale in the Store cannot be purchased in Your Shop until it's off sale (to prevent players from buying something at a price worse than is already available). What are you trying to buy?
