[CLIENT] Runepage does not open properly in champ select

Majorly annoying, just shows the top boarder with the X. Cannot click anywhere else on the screen because I guess it thinks that the window is open, but I'm not able to edit my runepages at all, which is majorly suboptimal because I just have two runepages which I change during champ select so I can be a flexible character. Literally unplayable, lol. Relogging has not fixed the problem for me. Sometimes (although a different bug altogether) I'm in champ select but I never connect to the chat, making it impossible for me to talk to teammates.
