[GAMEPLAY] Azir soldier attack and does no damage.

Azir's soldier sometimes bugs out and perform these rapid attack animation that deals no damage. I have tried to replicate it several times, but there doesn't seem to be a concrete/singular cause.

I have noticed that it happens particularly often during 4 cases, but doesn't always occur.

1. when one soldier is dying and another soldier is being spawned
2. when you lose sight of the target just as you attack and then regain vision
3. when you move immediately after summoning a soldier
4. when you make an attack during the soldier's spawning animation

It also occurs more often the more CDR and AS Azir has, and it seems to occur particularly often when Azir has Nashor's Tooth, but I'm not sure if it's just the high AS and CDR the item provides.

The video is one I found on youtube, it pretty accurately shows what is happening during the bug. It also happens on Azir's galaxy skin.

I've noticed this bug ever since patch 5.8 but I didn't play Azir during 5.7 or 5.6, so I don't know how far back this goes.
