Unable to update patch 5.15 (Update failed)

I couldn't update the patch and it keep giving me same message ''Update failed'' Other than that, i couldn't even repair it even after uninstall the game. I tried to send the ticket to riot to see if i can get any help but guess what? After click on sumbit, the message won't go through.

Is there any help, please give me a hand.

i think i found a temp fix change the region then change it back to na after its at 2 scanned files once you got that wait for it to say patch failed click ok and go to repair the client it worked this way
