[Client] Kalista's Passive Text Not Displaying Correctly in Spectator Mode

While spectating two different games, I noticed that Kalista's passive is not displaying correctly and instead is replaced by "BadDesc". This seems to be consistent even after a client restart and a client repair afterwards.

1. Enter Spectator Mode
2. Highlight Kalista's passive in order to view its description

I've added two screenshots of the instances where I tested it on my own for further clarification. I also noticed a post from 4-5 months ago that had this same issue, but it seems to not have been resolved yet or perhaps overlooked.
