Riot?

I'm bronze 4, and I'm matched with Plats in ranked.. I perform decent, though its nearly impossible for me to climb because I'm matched with my "Elo" but I'm in the wrong RANK...

So can this be fixed? what yall think

(So technically a Bronze 4, playing with Plats and high gold..)
