I Didn't get my hexteck chest?

**So I recently played a game as riven to Lvl her up to 5 so i can get the new hex tech chest... as I clicked the home button and went to loot and crafting inventory I didn't get anything, no chests no keys nothing...

Does anybody have any clue what this means?

If anybody has a solution please leave a comment and help me out :)

To get a chest, you or someone in your premade party has to get any S ranking for that game. You don't get one for simply getting to champion mastery 5 with a champion. If you did get an S ranking for that game, then it probably is a bug.

As for keys, so long as you win a game that isn't a custom match or a Co-op vs AI match, then you will have a chance at getting a key fragment, and 3 key fragments make a key. It's not guaranteed to get one, but you do have a higher chance of getting one when playing with a premade party.

Played a kindred game this week and slayed, pretty sure I got an s-. I only say i got a good grade because my premade said he got a chest and key frag and that someone in the premade got an s-. So what gives am I just like forever glitching or what can riot help or no? Thanks! Kindred item 3070
