Summoner's Rift Update - Spells are always dropping my FPS

As title says. When in a majority of spells are being used in the game my game drops in FPS quite heavily and gets so unplayable for a couple of seconds. Example of spells: Statikik Shiv, Morgana's W, LeBlanc's W - Mimic W (R) etc etc. If any further information is needed please ask.
