I'm currently in a game in which the opposing teams Ezreal is instantly killing our entire team by abusing some sort of bug. If possible, it would be great if a Riot employee could spectate the game to see what this player is doing. I hope he gets banned and this bug is patched!

We're definitely working on getting this item exploit fixed, and in the meantime are banning players that are found to be abusing it. We've got a similar note up on the service status page at http://status.leagueoflegends.com/?en_US#na. You can also report this person to player support at https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
It's definitely a shitty exploit, and we're getting it fixed ASAP.
