Stuck At League Of Legends Logo

Near the end of the previous patch and all throughout the current patch I have been unable to even get to the log in screen of the client. After I try to load it up, I only get the League of Legends logo and the client won't appear. There's nothing wrong with my computer so I am appalled at how such a thing is even possible. The PBE loads up as quick as can be, but not the actual League client. I am not suspended or banned. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my computer, and simply waited for the client to appear. All of this has resulted in a futile effort so I've come here to see if there can be any more help. I've put a good bit of money into this game and would be very, very unhappy if I'm no longer able to even log into the game. I would indeed like to continue playing this game.
