Client freeze during game load, skin boost not working

Hello,

When loading a game (ARAM) I purchased a skin boost, I was Jhin and wanted to try High Noon out. I bought with about 30 seconds left during champ select. The button said processing and nothing happened, even highlighted the skin just in case it was on my end. Then when the timer ran it's course and we were supposed to load the game, we were still in the champ select screen and could still chat. "Is this purgatory?" was stated after like a minute. Finally I got an error message and the game loaded and no one saw the skin boost or had skins. At the end of the game an error message popped up and said if something was wrong to check the website. I DID end up getting the IP bonus but then everyone stated they didn't see the skin boost either.

I got the IP out of it so it's not so bad but I'd be worried about getting the boost again in the near future. It sounds like there are a ton of server issues happening right now and this may just be a symptom, just thought someone should know.
