My lol patcher wont open. Just as i click on it its waits like a second or less and then Bugsplat appers. Everytime? Help me!!!! [zombie-nunu-tears]

I'm having the same issue, tried the suggestion above didnt do anything.

I did what he says but bugsspat still appears. Could this happen bc of a virus on the computer ?
