[Gameplay] Invisible Dr. Mundo Cleavers

I was playing a teambuilder game on 5/19/15 as Lucian, and was playing against a Dr. Mundo support. Both myself and my team's support noticed that Dr. Mundo's cleavers were invisible to us much more often than not when thrown. If I recall correctly, I believe the player was using the Mr. Mundoverse Mundo skin, although I am not 100% certain. I do not know if this is a skin-specific bug, or if it is a global Mundo bug.
