[GAMEPLAY] Locket of the Iron Solari doesn't scale with bonus health points on Kled.

In games and ive noticed the locket tool tip for kled is bugged always shows 38+(28 per level) (+ -0). Thought it was just the tool tip but went into sandbox training and bought 5 warmogs and tried it. It does not scale with his bonus hp on Kled. Thanks.

Ah It may have to do something with Rito patching stoneplate affecting bonus hp, giving ridiculous amount for Chogath 17k hp, spaghetti code. fix a bug while making another 1 xd, just Rito things.
