[GAMEPLAY] Cursor Stuck on Attack Order

During a game, the cursor can become stuck on an Attack order. Mostly, this happens when issuing an attack command, either attack-move or a spell target, when you are unable to attack the target. I've noticed it both when my target becomes Invulnerable/Untargettable (such as during Vladimir's Pool) and my champion becomes unable to attack, such as activating a spell like Elise's Rappel, Zhonya's Hourglass, or even dying.

The cursor then becomes stuck on the Blue/Red targeting reticle. You can still issue commands, but you cannot click on the minimap in any way. It's mostly an issue when you're trying to move the minimap. After some point when you attack an enemy champion, the cursor seems to normalize a little.
