Sion Q and R bug

I was playing as sion couple minutes back and i noticed that couple minutes into the game my Q and R became unusable. My W and E worked fine but Q and R just wouldnt work. i could hear the sound of me clicking them but they wouldn't cast. Please fix this ASAP. I also noticed that I wasn't the only one with this problem.
