My response to support after being swept under the rug
Yea first off im not the only person that has been experiencing this issue your boards/forums are full of people complaining about this same issue. Yet not a single staff member is addressing it, instead you are just sending people to support and nothing comes of it.
I will have a couple games perfectly fine then out of nowhere i get a spike to 500 ping, my character wont respond but i can see everything else in game moving fluidly and chat works fine for a couple seconds
if you continue to spam things it just eventually dcs you but you stand in the same spot. when you try to relog back in the game denies you access and tells you the game has crashed i really dont see how this is anyhow my fault and deserving of a disciplinary action, so another words because this company cant address a problem on their end you basically are telling me im not allowed to play cuz you dont want to fix the issue?
Funniest part is ive never experienced such bad tech support in any other game.
