Thresh bugg?

His thresh had captured a card of mine, , i then went onto kill his thresh after it had been upgraded, too which it released my card "Showed the animation" then just froze the entire board.

Could still throw emotes back and fourth with the other player, not sure if it's a server issue or an actual bug, or what went on.

Thresh > Captured my minion > Thresh upgraded > Thresh died > Thresh broke the board.
