Skirmisher's saber not revealing champions. (Gameplay)

When smiting talon prior to him ulting, but before 4 seconds have past; talon is not revealed. skirmishers description states: smite can be cast on enemy champions, marking them for 4 seconds. While marked, basic attacks deal true damage over 3 seconds, you have vision of them, and their damage to you is reduced by 20%.

Reproduce: play Irelia into a Talon smite a talon talon ults (before 4 seconds have ended) no vision of him.

Frequency All game. Talon was never revealed while he was in ult but was "marked" just prior to ulting.
