Rp Purchase bug

I sent RP to a friend. I clicked the $35 almost 100 percent. on the email i got it said i spent 50. Also my friend only got 35 dollars worth. My parents are going to check if it was charged 50 dollars but it did say 50 dollars on the Purchase. Please help. Thank you
