[GAMEPLAY] Yorick bugs (noticed over about 40 games)

First of all thank you for looking in to this, for a champion that the league was supposed to remember, they sure need to be reminded...

most of the bug seems to be with the Omen of Famine, where if you cast while the target have no hp, the spell doesn't summon and it goes on cool down, mana is not refunded along with this, an infrequent bug ( have been able to replicate it twice in live game) if you can Omen of Famine on an enemy champion and redirect your mouse quickly, the ghoul will spawn to the adjusted mouse position, it still reacts like a normal ghoul, just does not spawn where you'd want.

Another thing i'd like to note is how Ghouls should be prioritized in terms of tower aggro when Baron or Harold buff minions are around...is it the way it was intended to be? I understand how this might not be the top of the line in the bug fix chain, how ever it would be nice to get this champion a look over just to clean him up for the meta because his in a really good spot with the new items and masteries, just needs some cleaning up
