[Gameplay] Katarina's Q, R, and recall all stopped working midway through a game.

I was playing katarina and in the middle of the game her q, r, and recall all stopped working. I restarted the client twice and the bug didn't stop. I remapped my key bindings and the bug persisted. I tried clicking on my buttons and that still didn't work. I have seen this bug posted several times and am surprised that Riot has not acknowledged it.
