Arclight Vel'Coz

I have been using the Arclight skin for a while but suddenly it will not equip. I says Skin Disabled but I cant find anything stating that Riot did this on purpose. I would like to know if anyone else has this issue and if there is a fix. I can provide a picture if needed.
