Hi,
Enter the game open game settings ( Escape ) go to Sound settings and set the "Theme Music" to Classic. I have test this for one day and didn't had the problem with sound or lags, before that i had sound issues and lags every game. I hope it will help some of you guys also before the HOTFIX!

So I just tried doing this and it doesn't work for me. You know what will work? An actual fix of this ongoing problem. Getting tired of it already...

Seems to have worked...still have occasional lag but it's no where near as bad as before (it's actually playable now), thanks a ton!
EDIT: It seems to be back today, it's not every single fight, but it does happen frequently
