When i played TF mid against a zed, i tried 
his ultimate but it still doesn't work. his ult goes through my and then after kills me. He first ulted me, then i tried cleansing but his ultimate sticks on. Anyone else has the same problem with Cleanse?
You might want to read the tool tip for Cleanse. It only removes Crowd Control (except suppression) and Summoner Spell debuffs. Zed's ultimate is neither of these, so it's not affected by Cleanse. The only way to get rid of Zed's ultimate is QSS/Mercurial Scimitar, or you could just use Zhonya's to avoid the damage.
