Weird issues with Ezreal and Corki

I was recently playing a game where for some reason the Corki was untouchable by any of my skillshots. On top of that Ezreal would sometimes auto attack, no damage would be done, and then be unable to select Corki for auto attacks. At first I thought it was lag on my end but I went over a bunch of stuff and can't seem to figure out what's going on. It wasn't just me either, the Nasus in the match was having the same problem. He had barrier and I thought it was that until I watched him blow a barrier on Nasus, I followed with hits and he still was un-damageable. On top of that the Barrier shield over health was not showing up at all on the screen. It may entirely be graphical things but I'm not sure.
