Garen and Statikk Shiv bug

When Garen has a fully charged Statikk Shiv, if he uses q to proc it, the shiv procs around .25 seconds before the q procs. This takes away the ability for the shiv to crit, even if the q crits the shiv will not. Happens nearly all the time he uses q with a fully charged shiv, only working once in a custom game on a dragon when I did a super fast aa-q when shiv was at 90 before the combo.
