Recall broken. Champion moves by his/herself randomly.

So I just played a Vladimir game. Did really well (18-5) but was facing interference with a recall bug moving my champion without my hand even on the mouse. Also, abilities are delayed or don't cast at all. Could be the result of lag, but I haven't had this problem before the new patch. I'd like to know if I'm the only one this happened to or if I'm not the first to experience this and come on the boards to bring it up to anyone's attention. Literally cost my team the game because of it and previous games before that I had similar issues.
