Why won't the server log e onto the chat service?

So i can log on perfectly fine but then when i get in, it says attempting to log onto chat service or unable to to connect to chat service. I can't see any of my friends nor can i communicate with my team in queue and it is very frustrating.

I am currently am having the same issue where the client works fine accept for connecting to chat. I can't see online friends or talk to people in que.

Chat issues again. Had this problem for a bit yesterday and I have it again right now.
