[PBE Client] - Minor issue - The link to the server status is wrong

Hi, there is a small issue on the client : When the server is down, there is this information text : "League of Legends is currently down for maintenance. Please check the server status page and try again later."

The link is http://status.leagueoflegends.com/#na instead of https://status.pbe.leagueoflegends.com/#pbe
