you dont get a free mystery skin for purchasing draven draven you get it by purchasing any legendary or ultimate skin. i know its dumb. urf

Draven Draven isn't counted as a legendary or ultimate skin (I think it's considered Draven tier?) Legendaries are 1820rp, there's only 3 Ultimates (Ezreal/Udyr/Sona), and 2 975rp "Legendaries" which are Surprise Party Fiddlesticks and Primetime Draven.

(If you see a golden chest icon on the skin in store, you'll get a mystery chest with it and it usually asks for confirmation that because you get a mystery chest with it: it's nonrefundable.)
