Qiyana Ult not working properly

I was trying things with Qiyana in practice tool and noticed that the ult is not hitting the target even though you can clearly see it hit the target and the spell range is telling you that the target is in range almost the entire top half of the arrow doesn't work as you can see in the video. I also somehow managed to hit it while being in this range but i was not recording when i happened tried several times to hit it again while in this range but it didn't work again.

Edit: I found something else with the end of the ult range somehow it just disappears at the end and doesn't knock the enemy back but it still hits the wall behind him if you throw it directly at him it doesn't dmg him if you throw it to the side of him it does here is the video https://youtu.be/W1pwfUEtR2k
