bug..... the screen wont move my mouse doesnt click pls help

Its happening more often. My game would load nomally but when the game starts i wouldnt be able to move my screen every thing moves exept my screen i found out the only way to move my screen is through the minimap not even locking the screen would work. Then my left click wouldnt respond to me unless i click multiple times
These effect happen during the whole game
