4,000 ping/ms spikes since last Windows update

I usually have around 30-33 ms max. Since last Windows update, I get high spikes that can get to 4000 ms and that almost screwed my ranked game. Does it have something to do with the servers and are there a lot of people experiencing this? I have a very stable connection and I have wired Internet. I also had nothing else opened up but LoL.
