Hotkey Bug [Client]

Been in a few games now where I cannot use any hotkeys, not just my skills but even "B". Not quite sure how to reproduce as it appears to be random. Happens maybe one in ten games. I have to completely restart league to fix it. As far as pictures/videos go, everything looks normal. This is even worse because you go to lane thinking you're fine and then can't use any skills.
