Steps to reproduce are easy.

->Blind Ekko as Teemo ->Have him Phase Dive and basic attack you. ->Basic attack will do full damage, both physical and bonus magic.

Alternate steps for reproduction.

->Have Ekko Phase Dive with no target ->Blind Ekko ->Have him basic attack you while still empowered from Phase Dive ->Ekko's basic attack will ignore blind status and do full damage, both physical and bonus magic

Reproduction rate is 100%

This bug makes Teemo's blind completely ineffective versus Ekko. There is no way you can peel yourself or your carries from Ekko if Blind is not stopping his damage at all.

I provided a really crappy clip of the Alternate steps for reproduction. If someone else can make a better video would be great.

Because it's still considered part of Phase Dive. It's not an empowered auto or on-hit effect.

It does apply Luden's Echo so I don't think it's an basic attack really

Can it be dodged normally? Like Jax and Shen's dodge abilities affect it right?

As much as I don't want Ekko to get extraneous power from a bug, I really don't like teemo.

Dunno anyone knows this to but Xin also does damage to Teemo when he get blinded which is stupid because it was never like this.. I was always able to counter him but I no longer can with this bug I hope it is such.

I've been informed there's mamy more cases of abilities being written as basic attack modifiers, but behaving like spells when interacting with blind.

If these are not bugs, then some clarity on the description of abilities would be great.

The game should do what you expect it to do based on the information provided.

I'm sure it's probably coded as a spell
