[GAMEPLAY] Smart pings making the cursor jump around and change sensitivity sometimes

For me and a decent amount of other people, smart pings are randomly causing jumps in the cursor and/or drastic sensitivity changes. I've looked it up and other people have this problem and no one has any idea why this is happening.

To recreate this, I went into practice mode and repetitively did the question mark ping and it just randomly will decide to jump the cursor and change the sensitivity for no reason. Sometimes it'll start increasing sensitivity before any jumping. There doesn't seem to be a consistent way to reproduce it.

Here's video evidence of this happening. I can assure you that I am making the same exact repetitive motion over and over. The first time it happens my cursor jumps up and to the right instead of just smoothly left. Then the sensitivity is much higher than usual, as indicated by my very next attempt at pinging.

I think that the people who tend to have this issue are using Razer Synapse, though I'm not 100% sure.
