[GAMEPLAY] Jhin's R completely goes through the enemy. 4th Shot damage calculation is off.

This was originally submitted as a ticket, and Mumbino (from Player Support) recommended I posted it on here. First time posting on these forums so I apologize in advance for any errors/mistakes in the format.

I'm not sure if you can pull up other players' game footage, but please refer to my game on 1/22/19 of which I scored 4/11/17 (RIP). At the (or shortly after) the 28:20 mark, I used my ult and the following happened.

1st Shot - Goes completely through the body of Ziggs. 2nd Shot - I figured the first was due to lag, so I compensated and shot it again at him, this time it was just behind his feet (center position) also miss. 3rd Shot - Hits Nunu for abysmal amount of damage. I was behind, and Nunu's tanky, so I didn't bother crunching the numbers as to why. 4th Shot - Hits Karthas (Supp) for only 354 damage. Now, for this one I took the time and did the math. Please correct me if I'm wrong but...

Based on the IN-GAME information on Jhin's Curtain Call text, at the time of this event, his 4 shots do 125+88 per shot plus an additional 2.5% per each 1% the enemy (Karthus) is missing. At the 4th shot, Karthus had 2315/2753 HP (84%~). So if my math is correct, Jhin's ult shots should be increased (on Karthus) by 40% (16% * 2.5%).

125 + 88 = 213 213 + 40% (85.2) = 298

Since Jhin's 4th shot is a guaranteed crit (200%), that means that the shot should of been doubled, to roughly 596 damage.

Karthus had 63 armor and 36 MR. How come my 4th shot only did 354 damage? (off by 240~ dmg?)
