Can't buy Raptor Cloak on ARAM

You need Raptor Cloak for Talisman since the recipe changed, but on ARAM, you can't actually buy Raptor Cloak. Doesn't show up even when searching for it in the shop.

Confirming for SR as well, I tried to buy it last night and no luck.
