Game doesn't load, have to end task multiple times

I have my client set to close when the game window opens as my computer right now is weak. Getting that fixed soon.

When I start a game, most of the time after champ select, the client closes as usual to prepare for the loading screen but then the loading screen never comes up. So I never get into the game. I open my task manager and I have to scroll way down to even see the task for the game or client. I have to end the task 4 or 5 times - which takes a while because my computer is dumb - until it finally loads the loading screen for me. Meanwhile everyone is like 3-4 minutes into the game already and I either have to catch up somehow or just get booted out because they remade the game already. I JUST WANNA PLAY.

I don't wanna get leaver bustered either because this isn't my fault and I have no clue what's causing it at all.
